Credit/debit card, ACH bank info — collected only via Intuit's secure payment forms. We never see or store full card numbers.

Appointments, treatment records, invoices, payments.

QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Payments (Intuit Inc.) — For invoicing, billing, and recurring payment processing. By using our services and authorizing payments, you consent to this sharing.

Payment Processors and Banks — For payment authorization.
Collection Agencies — Only for accounts referred for collection.
Legal Authorities — When required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Recurring Payment Authorization

When you authorize a recurring payment (subscription) on our enrollment page, your payment method is securely stored by Intuit, not by us.

You authorize automatic charges according to the schedule shown at enrollment, and you can cancel at any time by contacting us.

  • Card data is processed and stored by Intuit on PCI DSS Level 1 infrastructure; we never have access to full card numbers.
