Root Dental provides dental services at our Vero Beach office and online billing and payment management through Intuit QuickBooks integration. Our online services include electronic invoicing, secure payment processing, and recurring payment enrollment for ongoing treatment plans.

You may receive electronic invoices and pay online via secure links provided by QuickBooks Payments. Electronic invoices satisfy any requirement for written notice of amounts due.

You may enroll in recurring payments (subscriptions) for ongoing treatment plans. Once enrolled, your payment method is charged automatically on the schedule disclosed at the time of enrollment. You will receive advance notice of any changes to the recurring charge amount.

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services or submitting forms.
• Maintain the security of your accounts and payment methods.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or payment method.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Services are provided "as available." We are not responsible for downtime of third-party services, including Intuit, payment processors, internet service providers, or other external platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the total fees paid by you to Root Dental in the prior 12 months.

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Root Dental or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without our prior written permission.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
